A Self-Guided Manual for the Caring Mistress

By Lucy Fairbourne

Femdom For Nice Girls

Femdom for nice girls. Taking the lead as women can feel like we are doing something wrong, because as young girls, we are encouraged to be “nice girls” and to grow up into subservient women. But that shouldn’t be the case. Women should feel free to be assertive and take the lead if it’s what comes natural to her. Forget the “nice girl” title. Many men, the ones who value assertiveness in their female lovers would agree. So would many women.

If you’re one of these women, or if your man is one of those men, then this book could be just what you and he have been searching for.

This book is obviously written for new-comers to female domination and that is not a bad thing. This book was written  for women who has a partner that has asked her to be more dominant. Specifically, in the bedroom.

Although I have over six years experience in Female Domination, I rather appreciated this books simplicity. Lucy femdomfornicegirlsFairbourne breaks everything down in easy, even vanilla terms. You do not have to be an expert, nor do you have to have much knowledge of BDSM to understand the concepts she is presenting.

She strengthens the information she has presented in each chapter with a “workbook” section. She calls them  “Reflections” and she poses questions for the reader to ask themselves after reading the chapter. It allows for an opportunity to consider, examine, and explore feelings related to the information presented within that chapter. This is an awesome touch. It allows the reader to contemplate and reflect on what ideas and concepts she is comfortable with and what she is not. It allows her to see what she might like to do more research on.

If I had to be fussy, I would say that the book focuses a lot on tasks and erotic punishment and not as much time on other elements. In addition, I would have liked to have seen her expand on the other elements. While I recognize this book is for vanilla women new to Femdom, I do wish she would have at least pointed women in the direction of further research.

She ends the book on an excellent note with “Ten Basic Rules”.

For vanilla women just started to explore the world of female domination I would highly recommend this book. If you have some experience under your belt, I would skip this one.
